• Drivers must notify the motor pool office as soon as possible of any delays in returning a vehicle. 
• An additional fee may be incurred when a vehicle is returned: 
  • With less than 3/4 tank of fuel 
  • With excessive debris/spills in the interior 
  • Excessively dirty exterior 
• Reservations for large passenger vehicles require a minimum of three passengers.
• VTS may refuse to provide a vehicle to a driver who does not comply with motor pool usage policies and procedures, such as those habitually late to pick up or return a vehicle.

Vans and Trucks 

• Fifteen-passenger vehicles can be obtained from the State of Michigan Enterprise Rent-A- Car website located at http://www.michigan.gov/dmb/0,1607,7-150-9141_13133_13720-111876--,00.html. Please provide a one week notice to rent this kind of vehicle.
