In Case of a Vehicle Accident

  1. Stop immediately and investigate.
  2. Check for injuries and get help immediately if needed.
  3. Do not discuss who is at fault.
  4. Obtain the name, address, phone numbers, and insurance information including policy number of all other parties involved.
  5. Call Wheels at 1-800-937-8149, and provide them with a full report of the accident.  You are not required to submit a written report to Vehicle Services. Wheels can be reached Monday through Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time) and on Saturdays between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
  6. If your vehicle is not driveable, Wheels/MAP will arrange for towing to a body shop or dealership convenient for you. Note: If an accident occurs after business hours, call Wheels at 1-800-937-8149, and their after hours services will  arrange for your vehicle to be towed. You must still call the next business day to report the accident.
  7. Wheels/MAP will provide direction as to the repair of the vehicle.
  8. Obtain a copy of the police report and mail or fax to:
