The Department of Technology, Management & Budget's (DTMB) Emergency Management program provides structured response and management of emergency situations in DTMB-managed facilities. We lead the State's Continuity of Government Initiative by working with State agencies to develop and maintain emergency action plans for the continuous operation of State Government's critical functions in the event of an emergency.
