Reserve an Enterprise Vehicle

State of Michigan Enterprise Rent-A-Car Driver Agreement

I have determined that no other vehicles are available within my department that can be utilized instead of this rental vehicle.
I have determined that this is the most cost effective means of travel for the circumstances.
I have complied with my department’s policy on vehicle rentals. (Contact your department Vehicle Coordinator for information on your department’s vehicle rental policy.)
If this is an extension, I have contacted my Vehicle Coordinator for approval.
I agree to comply with all conditions included in the State of Michigan Vehicle Rental Policy.
