Major Project Design Manual

Agency: Technology, Management & Budget


DTMB Procurement and Real Estate Services Administration Design and Construction Division has provided a Major Project Design Manual for professional service contractors, state universities, community colleges and state agencies.  The purpose of this manual is to outline for agencies and consultants the requirements for planning major capital outlay design and construction projects, the approval and review process for state-supported university and community college projects, and to list other requirements for State of Michigan buildings.
