The Department of Management and Budget is pleased to provide a portion of the "Buy Michigan First" website with Michigan school entities to post their advertisements for construction bids. Consistent with P.A. 232 of July 21, 2004, these advertisements will be posted for a minimum of two weeks. These bid announcements will indicate the initial date of website publication by the DMB and be removed from the DMB website following the two-week posting period. The Department of Management & Budget requests that all school entities submitting advertisements to bid for publication, please allow three business days for the DMB to post to their website.
Content is the sole responsibility of the school entity and all questions regarding the bid announcements should be directed to them.
All School Organizations in need of posting their bid announcements applicable under P.A. 232 on The DMB website should submit an electronic version in either Word format or as an Adobe PDF to MISchoolConstBids@michigan.gov. If a school organization is currently maintaining a website with all bid announcements posted in compliance with P.A. 232, it would be beneficial for DMB to place a link to that school organizations website on the DMB website.
