Customer Service
The Office of Infrastructure Protection's Customer Service Center provides a wide variety of assistance to State Employees, as well as the general public. Parking, issuance of State Identification, and facility-related assistance are the primary services offered by the Customer Service Center. Additionally, the Customer Service Center provides general assistance to the public. Whether it's a facility-related question, visitor parking or for assistance while visiting DTMB-managed facilities, contact the Customer Service Center.
