MEMBER ROOM FURNISHINGS MUST BE REQUESTED AND APPROVED USING THE ATTACHED FORM PRIOR TO BRINGING ITEMS INTO THE HOME. PLEASE DISREGARD ALL PREVIOUS SPECIFICATIONS.

CHAIRS Cloth upholstery is discouraged, however, will be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis.

DRESSERS
Must be on casters or have legs (no flat bottoms), to accommodate room cleaning.

Size restrictions:

• 48" high
• 30" wide
• 18" deep

TELEVISIONS
Must be equipped with an earphone jack and a remote control with on/off and channel selector.

Maximum dimensions:

• 17" high (approximate)
• 25" wide
• 18.5" deep

(If we can fit the TV on the shell safely, we will accommodate taller TV'S on a case-by-case basis.)

Flat screen TV's
If the flat screen TV is installed in a 4-bed room, it must have a pedestal mount and may be a maximum of 21". If the TV is installed in a 1 or 2-bed room, it must be a wall mounted type and may be a maximum of 27". Flat screen TV's must also be equipped with remote controls and earphone jacks.

STEREOS, CD PLAYERS, RADIOS CASSETTE PLAYERS, ETC
Dimensions no larger than 12" high x 10" wide x 14" deep; and be provided with earphones, and be kept on the nightstand.

Exceptions to these criteria will be reviewed and approved on a case-by-case basis by the unit coordinator and Social Services.
