Forgotten Eagles contribute $13,000 to the Michigan Veteran's Trust Fund
Forgotten Eagles, Inc. is a non-profit organization formed in 2002 by a group of concerned citizens that have come together in a common desire to ensure the nation does not set aside the needs of veterans and their families.
On August 11, 2012, Anne Marie Dutcher the Director of the Michigan Veterans Trust Fund honored the Forgotten Eagles with a State Tribute for their generous donations to the Trust Fund.
Since its inception, Forgotten Eagles has become the largest cash contributor to the Michigan Veteran's Trust Fund. They presented a check to the Trust Fund on November 3, 2012 for $13,000. Since 2004 their contributions total $127,161.
The Forgotten Eagles also support the State of Michigan's two Veterans Homes by making yearly contributions to them as well.
From all of us at the State of Michigan Department of Military and Veterans Affairs, thank you for your generous donations and support of Michigan Veterans!
