Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park - Dyeing Yarn Using Natural Dyes

A Porcupine Mountains Folk School event.

Dye yarn using dyes from local plants. Learn which local plants provide the best dyes. Cost of class is $44.00. Experiment with a variety of mordants to "fix" the dyes and fill a notebook supplied by the instructor with dye samples.

12 spaces available; 5 students needed to hold the class. Please bring a lunch. Fees for classes cancelled after the registration deadline will not be refunded. Registration deadline is Saturday, July 15, 2017.
