North Zone
Regular Season: Sept. 26 - Nov. 20 and Nov. 26 - 29, 2009

Middle Zone
Regular Season: Oct. 3 - Nov. 29 and Dec. 5 - 6, 2009

South Zone
Regular Season: Oct. 10 - Dec. 6, 2009 and Jan. 2 - 3, 2010

Statewide Daily Limit for Ducks and Mergansers

The daily limit for ducks is 6 and may include:

• no more than 4 mallards (no more than 1 of which may be a female)
• 2 scaup (bluebill)
• 3 wood ducks
• 2 redheads
• 1 northern pintail
• 1 black duck
• 1 Canvasback

In addition to the duck limit, hunters may take 5 mergansers, only 2 of which may be hooded merganser.

The possession limit is twice the daily limit for ducks and mergansers.
