• Private Land Antlerless Deer Licenses
Remaining private land antlerless deer licenses may be purchased beginning September 10 at 10 a.m. EDT. Licenses will be sold until the quota is met in each hunt period. • Public Land Antlerless Deer Licenses
Remaining public land antlerless deer licenses may be purchased beginning September 10 at 10 a.m. Licenses will be sold until the quota for each hunt period is met.

• Bear and Elk License Opportunity for Youth and Hunters with an Advanced Illness
Applicants who are successful in the bear or elk license drawings may transfer their drawing success to any unsuccessful youth applicant or to any qualified person of legal hunting age with an advanced illness.
