Cheboygan River 2009 Lock Schedule

The locks can handle a boat 60 feet long with a 17 foot beam. Operation schedule of the Cheboygan River Lock during the 2009 boating season will be as follows:

April 15-30	Prior to May 1 call the Cheboygan Recreation Unit (231) 627-9011 to make an appointment.
May 1-21	8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and/or 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Monday-Friday) 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Saturday & Sunday)
Memorial Day Weekend
May 22-25	9 a.m.-9 p.m.
May 26 - June 14	9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
June 15- July 31	8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Aug. 1 - Sept. 7	8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Sept. 7 - 14	9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sept. 15 - Oct. 20	8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and/or 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. (Monday-Friday) 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Saturday & Sunday)

The Cheboygan Lock will close for the season at 4:30 p.m. on October 20, 2009.

$12 Commercial Craft

$45 for a Seasonal Pass

$90 Seasonal Pass for a Commercial Vessel
