The River Hawk Lodge is located in Proud Lake Recreation Area in Oakland County. Set in a beautiful wooded area near the Huron River, this is the perfect place for meetings, scout events, a large family outing, or family reunions. The Lodge will sleeps 24 people in single beds. It is divided into two sleeping wings, a kitchen and a community room. The community room has a wood burning fireplace, couch, tables and chairs, a television/DVD player and a beautiful view of the surrounding woods. Each wing has 6 double rooms and one single room that is handicap accessible. The restroom in each wing has two showers and three toilet stalls.
The kitchen has a microwave, coffee pot, stove, refrigerator and lots of counter space. Also available at the lodge is a screen with a projector, and an easel. The cost of the lodge is $200/night.
Additionally, adjacent to the lodge is the River Hawk Annex
. This building is available to rent for meetings or other activities. It has a 40' x 60' carpeted room with two restrooms, a refrigerator, and a screen for use with a projector. This building rents for $100/day. It can be rented separately or with the River Hawk Lodge. Projector and other video equipment are available for an extra fee. This building is handicap accessible.
And also available is the
River Hawk Conference Center
. This is a handicap accessible building with a main room that measures 50' x 50'. There are two restrooms. Steps lead up to a 20' x 30' mezzanine if additional space is needed. There is a refrigerator, two-40 cup coffee pots, 50 stackable chairs, 15-6' tables and 50 adult size desk/chair combinations. The Conference Center rents for $300 per day (8 a.m. to 10 p.m.).
