| Leelanau State Park--Fun Run |

This Fun Run begins at 10 a.m. This is a steeplechase run starting and ending at the trailhead at the end of Densmore Rd. four miles north of Northport off County Road 629. The run takes participants through the wooded and hilly terrain to the coastal dunes and Lake Michigan Shoreline along Cat Head Bay. The second leg returns to the parking area. This is a great opportunity to challenge yourself in a beautiful setting. The Northport High School Honor Society will have water and healthy snacks available for a nominal fee. Event will be held rain or shine.
