Sanilac Petroglyphs State Historic Park--Open House

Interpretive activities for all ages at the only prehistoric petroglyphs known to exist in Michigan's Lower Peninsula; enjoy various history emonstrations such as ancient spear throwing, flint knapping, etc. 10am-3pm. For more details contact Sleeper State Park at 989-856-4411. All motor vehicles entering a state park or recreation area must display a Motor Vehicle Permit, available for purchase at the park entrance and headquarters. Cost is $24 for a resident annual and $6 for a resident daily. A nonresident annual is $29 and a nonresident daily is $8.
