Tawas Point Celebration days are a family oriented celebration of our American heritage held the second weekend of June each year. There are many activities offered for the entire family including historical and nature displays, lighthouse tours, demonstrations of traditional crafts such as spinning, weaving, black smithing, wood carving, children's games' fishing derby, guided hikes, traditional music and period encampments. This weekend is sponsored by the friends of Tawas Point State Park.
A Michigan state park motor vehicle permit is required on all vehicles.
