Island Lake Recreation Area-Running Fit Sprint Triathlon
August 19 - Running Fit Sprint Triathlon Wednesday evening at 6 p.m. Event is part three of a three race "Run Fit Tri" and will consist of a.5 mile swim, 12.4 mile bike and 3.1 mile run. Further information can be found at http://www.runtrextri.com/. A Michigan State Park Motor Vehicle permit is required.
