Waterloo Recreation Area--Waterloo Past and Present

At 3 p.m. Saturday, June 20, come celebrate 90 years of Michigan state parks and recreation areas with a special presentation that honors Waterloo's heritage. This event will be at the Portage Lake Lakeview Shelter. For more details contact the park at (734)475-3170. All motor vehicles entering a state park or recreation area must display a Motor Vehicle Permit, available for purchase at the park entrance and headquarters. Cost is $24 for a resident annual and $6 for a resident daily. A nonresident annual is $29 and a nonresident daily is $8.
