The Department of Natural Resources today announced that Ludington State Park will begin the process of raising Hamlin Lake to its summer level beginning Wednesday, April 1, unless there is still ice on the lake.
The summer level is maintained at approximately two feet above the winter level. It is anticipated the process will take two to weeks, depending upon precipitation during this period.
