No burn permits issued for trees, logs, brush, and stumps within 1400 feet of a city or village due to Department of Environmental Quality rules.
Carney, Village: The open burning of either grass clippings or leaves is allowed with a permit.
Daggett, Village: The open burning of either grass clippings or leaves is allowed with a permit.
Menominee, City: Open burning is prohibited by local ordinance. Powers, Village: The open burning of either grass clippings or leaves is allowed with a permit.
Stephenson, City: The open burning of either grass clippings or leaves is allowed with a permit.
