PHASE II Original Parcel List and Recommendations Map

NOTE: In the Phase II Approved Parcel List, for parcels located in subdivisions, there is a Subdivision Index number found in parenthesis, eg.(12345), immediately following the parcel's legal description. In order to view the plat of this subdivision you will use this number at the Statewide Search website: www.cis.state.mi.us/platmaps/sr_subs.asp. Once there, click on the Advanced Search button on the left. From this new screen you can enter the subdivision index number in the "Card Number" entry, and press Submit. The desired plat should appear with the correct title and index number listed in the corner.
