Michigan Trapper Education

The Department of Natural Resources worked cooperatively with state trapping organizations and other interested trappers to develop a voluntary Michigan trapper education program. The first classes were offered in 2009. We encourage anyone who is interested in learning about trapping to take one of the classes being offered around the state.
