Improvements

• Ludington State Park Beach House Renovation and Restoration
This Civilian Conservation Corp (CCC) built structure has been a landmark of the Lake Michigan shoreline for countless visitors of Ludington State Park during the past 76 years. Unfortunately, the shoreline sun and sand have taken their toll and it is now necessary to restore this beautiful building.

• Clean Michigan Initiative (CMI)
The CMI is a $100 million bond program initiated with the approval of Proposal C on the November 3, 1998 ballot. The program provides $50 million in grants to local units of government for the development and renovation of public recreation facilities, and $50 million for extensive State park renovations.
