The Friends of Maybury is hosting monthly hikes for all to attend. The theme for May is Beginning Birding, which will focus on what equipment you should have, various times of year that different birds are easily viewed, and some of the habits of birds that frequent Maybury. It will be an easy two mile hike. Hike held rain or shine so dress appropriately and bring a water bottle. Meet at the Concession Building, using the 8 Mile Road entrance west of Beck. Please Note: The Michigan Department of Natural Resources makes every effort to provide the most up-to-date and accurate information on the web calendar.
