Orchard Beach State Park--Fresh Air Fit: Youth Beach Fitness

Trying to find ways to keep your children active this summer? Come to Orchard Beach State Park for a Youth Beach Fitness class with fellow mother and fitness instructor Sonia Polinsky. Sonia encourages families to stay healthy by finding fun in the outdoors. In this 6 week series designed for ages 7 to 14, participants will be exposed to basic fitness components like fun runs, crunches & pushups, mixed with outdoor games & activities that feel more like play. This class is limited to 20 participants per session. The full 6 week series (May 18th - June 22nd) will cost $55.00 or drop-ins will be available for $10.00 if there is space. Payments for the class may be made to Sonia on the first day of classes. To sign your child up for the full 6 week series call the park at (231)723-7422.
