Keith J. Charters Traverse City State Park--Mid-morning Yoga

This summer get Fresh Air Fit with Lisa at Keith J. Charters Traverse City State Park. On Saturday mornings Lisa will be bringing the community a variety of fitness classes including Mid-Morning Yoga at 10:00am This class will last 45 minutes and consist of gentle flows and stretching. Mats will be provided. What could be more beneficial to your body than yoga on beautiful East Bay! This class is great for all ages. Participants can sign up for the full 6 week (May 4th to June 8th) series costing $48.00 or drop in for $9.00 a class. Payments in the form of checks or cash may be made to the instructor before the session begins. All participants who are at high risk for any health condition are advised to receive medical clearance before joining this or any exercise program. Classes may be canceled in the event of unsafe and/ or uncomfortable weather conditions. Cancellations will be made 30 minutes prior to class and participants will be notified via phone.
