Need a little extra push before the weekend starts? Join personal trainer Jessica Klosowski at the Bay City State Park for some Vitamin D and calorie blasting! Mid-High intensity circuits. Exercises can be modified for all fitness levels. Don't be discouraged, try anything once! And don't forget your H2O! $5.00/ drop-in or $40/ 10 classes. Payment can be made to the class instructor. Class available May 10-Sept. 27, Fri. 10:45am.
