  • Fayette Historic State Park - Lantern-Lit Hike Date:  January 28, 2017  Time:  06:00 PM - 08:00 PM Description:

    Enjoy an evening of winter fun on this unique bluff trail, which will be lit with kerosene lanterns (approximately 1.5 miles). A warm bonfire marks the beginning and ending points. Complimentary hot chocolate will be provided. A few pairs of snowshoes will be available for borrow.

  • Porcupine Mountains Wilderness State Park - Lantern-Lit Skiing and Snowshoeing Date:  January 28, 2017  Time:  06:00 PM - 09:00 PM Description:

    Nearly 80 old-fashioned kerosene lanterns illuminate a 1-mile trail for a unique and memorable experience. Ski or snowshoe around the lighted loop. Stop about halfway around at the warming shelter for a campfire and some refreshments.
