Arbor Week: April 22 - 26, 2013.
Arbor Day is April 26, 2013.

New this year! Celebrate Arbor Day with the Michigan DNR

Arbor Day is the celebration of trees and their importance in our lives; it is also a time to think about what we can do for trees and the world in which we live.

Healthy natural resources are vital to environmental quality and quality of life. Trees are in our backyards, neighborhoods, cities, farms and forests; they connect us to our past and to our future.

To find out how you can get involved in or plan your own celebration of trees, contact the   Michigan Arbor Day Alliance on the web or by calling 517-543-5848, extension 5.
