Community Wildfire Protection Plan Grants

Program Objective(s):

To assist communities at risk to create a Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP).

Criteria

Places that are identified as communities at risk of wildfire throughout the State of Michigan.

Eligibility:

Communities at risk of wildfire.

Application Process:

1. Applications are mailed to at risk communities identified.

2. Division office prioritizes applications Statewide and awards grants.

Deadline(s):

Applications due by February 2012.

Timeline(s):

Grantees are notified of a grant award by March 2012.

$75,000.00 - 2012
