Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership Program

    The US Department of Interior's National Park Service (NPS) has opened the application process for this year's National Land and Water Conservation Fund Outdoor Recreation Legacy Partnership Program. The purpose of this program is to fund public outdoor recreation and planning projects in urban areas. In Michigan, this program is jointly administered by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources (MDNR) and the NPS.

    Eligible applicants must submit a complete application to the MDNR, Grants Management Section, postmarked no later than April 22, 2016.  Please contact your grant coordinator or Ms. Christie Bayus, LWCF Program Manager at bayusc@michigan.gov or (517) 284-5923 if you have any questions.
