Instructions for Reserving a Vehicle from Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Complete the online rental reservation form with all data requested, including department and driver license number. Appropriate vehicle selections will be highlighted.

Supply information as requested. This will make your waiting time shorter at the Enterprise office.
24 hours notice to Enterprise is preferred when requesting a specialty vehicle.
Enterprise will respond via e-mail with a confirmation number or you will receive a phone call to determine which location can best meet your needs.

You may go to your local Enterprise office to pick up a vehicle, or Enterprise will meet you at your home, work, or repair facility. Call the Enterprise office 30 – 60 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time to confirm.
Enterprise will drive you back to the local office to sign the rental and insurance agreement.
Refuel the vehicle before returning it to Enterprise. Contact your vehicle coordinator for instructions on claiming reimbursement for fuel before renting a vehicle.
When you are finished with the vehicle, simply return it to the same location and Enterprise will drive you back to your home, work, or repair shop.
Enterprise will bill your department directly.

Renting Enterprise Vehicles for Personal Use
