This section scores the PIHP's compliance with continuum of service requirements as well as scores earned for other defined programs and services.  The defined programs and services scored in this area are Peer Delivered/Drop In Centers, Home-Based Services, Assertive Community Treatment, Psycho-Social Rehabilitation, Crisis Residential, Case Management, Personal Care, Inpatient Pre-Admission Screening, Intensive Crisis Stabilization, Children's Waiver, Habilitation Supports Waiver, (b)(3) Services, Jail Diversion Programs, and Substance Abuse Access and Treatment.

Person-Centered Planning

This area scores the PIHP's compliance with administrative requirements in the area of Person-Centered Planning.

Administrative Requirements

This area scores the PIHP's compliance with administrative requirements in the areas of provider monitoring, quality improvement, and health and safety.

Coordination

This area scores the PIHP's compliance with requirements that they have interagency agreements in place with other community human services agencies and organizations such as Health Care Plans, Department of Human Services, and local school systems.
