COURSE DESCRIPTION Attendees from both the construction and general industry sector will gain an insight of the process and procedures a MIOSHA compliance officer follows while conducting a workplace inspection and how to respond to MIOSHA citations. Topics covered include inspection types, employer/employee rights and responsibilities, and penalty reduction factors. This program will assist students in preparing for an inspection and students will work through a sample citation.
