Period: 10/1/2009 - 9/30/2010
During Fiscal Year 2010 (October 1, 2009 – September 30, 2010), the community mental health system served 34,162 children with serious emotional disorders (SED) whose services were covered through Medicaid funds.  Table B shows the number and percentage of children with serious emotional disorders who received evidence-based services including Homebased services, Wraparound, and Parent Management Training.  Detailed descriptions of these services are located in Michigan's Medicaid Provider Manual.

Home-Based Service is defined operationally by HCPCS code H0036.
Wraparound is defined by HCPCS codes H2021.
Parent Management Training is defined by an HA modifier appended to any of the following service codes - (90846, 90847, 90849, H0036, S5111) .
