During Fiscal Year 2008 (October 1, 2007 -September 30, 2008) PIHP Mental Health/Developmental Disabilities/Substance Abuse Medicaid revenues totaled $1,723,525,743.  Medicaid spending on services and administration totaled $1,682,971,496. Approximately 7 percent of the total Medicaid expenditures was administrative costs.
