The individualís work
duties are related to, or involved in, the gambling operation or are performed
in a restricted area of a casino or in the gaming area of a casino in Michigan.
All businesses supplying gaming-related goods or services to a Detroit casino
are licensed by the MGCB.†
Nongaming-related suppliers conducting greater than $400,000 of business
per casino, are also licensed.† Other

be granted exemptions from supplier licensing requirements.
In addition to the business receiving a license, key persons, parent companies/qualifying businesses and owners of the company must also disclose information to be found eligible, suitable and qualified in order for the supplier to obtain the license.
