DMB - Facilities Administration, Design and Construction Division has provided a Major Project Design Manual for professional services, contractors, state universities, community colleges and state agencies.  The purpose of this manual is to outline for agencies and consultants the requirements for planning major capital outlay design and construction projects as well as list other requirements for State of Michigan buildings.
