Bureau of Construction Codes

Bureau of Construction Codes is responsible for the administration of the Construction Code Act, the Building Officials Registration Act, electrical, mechanical and plumbing licensing laws, as well as the boiler and elevator programs. Plan Review Division provides examinations to assure the construction project is designed in compliance with the code.
