The State Surplus holds several auctions annually. All auctions have inspections the day before starting at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 3:00 p.m. The day of the auction the doors open at 8:00 a.m. Inspection time is 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.

The auction begins at 10:00 a.m. with up to three auctioneers simultaneously selling items, and the auctions are generally done by 3:00 p.m. Staff is available to assist with fork-trucks loading palletized items and large, heavy items.

Purchased items may be removed the day of the auction and two working days after the auction (Monday and Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.).
