• How to Report SICK OR DEAD WILDLIFE
This form can be used to report any sick or dead animals in Michigan. It can be used for all diseases surveillance purposes, including Avian Influenza, West Nile Virus, Salmonellosis, Rabies and more.

• Check Your Wildlife Lab Results
Hunters that have left wildlife tissue samples or deer heads with the DNR for testing, can check out the test results online. Test results will be posted 7-10 days after the samples are submitted.
