Race for the Cure

Detroit Race for the Cure First Gentleman Daniel Mulhern and his two daughters Kate and Cecilia participated in the The Komen Race for the Cure in Detroit on June 21, 2003. Mulhern and his daughters ran in the 5K race to help raise awareness about breast cancer. Detroit's Race is one of the largest in the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation Race series of 5K races held in 114 cities in the United States, and in Germany and Italy.
