I have a problem with my HMO. What can I do?

Answer:
Michigan has a strong Patient's Bill of Rights. Visit the web page or call (517) 373-0240 for more information. You can also access the HMO Consumer Guide page at the state Office of Financial and Insurance Services. This site provides information about HMOs and walks consumers through the process of filing a complaint.
