Governor Granholm Statement on Tentative Agreement in Detroit Teacher Strike

LANSING – Governor Jennifer M. Granholm today issued the following statement on news of a tentative agreement in the Detroit teacher strike:
“This is great news for the children of Detroit. Nothing is more important than their education. This agreement gets them back to school and back to learning.”
