Governor Jennifer M. Granholm today paved the way for California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger to deliver on his friendly wager following the Los Angeles Lakers loss to the Detroit Pistons Tuesday evening in which the Pistons clinched the 2004 NBA Title.

Granholm shipped to Schwarzenegger, via United Parcel Service, a Pistons jersey which he has agreed to wear while sitting at his desk enjoying a warm baked pasty from Michigan’s Upper Peninsula, a refreshing cool Vernors, and a dessert of chocolate covered Michigan cherries.
