The State Law Library provides nonpartisan, confidential research services for the Michigan Legislature and state government. The Library offers this electronic reference service to assist legislative and state government employees with work related questions. You'll receive an answer by phone, fax or email, usually within 24 hours (weekends and holidays excluded).
