The Michigan Humanities Council and the Michigan Council for Arts and Cultural Affairs have partnered with Michigan Public Media to create several new video segments about how arts and culture play a vital role in quality of life, economic and community development.

These spots include Grand Rapids Ballet, The Great Michigan Read, Arab American Museum, Argus Camera,  Michigan Foodways,  Bijou Orchestra,  Howell Opera House,  Project Roots, Michigan Shadow Towns, Great Lakes Shipwreck Museum,  Arts and Humanities Touring Program,  2006 Michigan Notable Books, Art Helps Revitalize Grand Rapids, and Detroit Opera House .
