  • E-mail Retention Training: This FREE online course is designed for Michigan government employees, state and local.

  • Records Center Operations User Manual: This manual is for state employees only. It explains the procedures for using the State Records Center and the Versatile computer system.

  • Records Management Training Request Form: The Records Management Services (RMS) receives many requests for training and speakers at professional meetings or conferences. Please use this form to submit your request. Due to staffing limitations, RMS does not guarantee that it can fulfill all of the requests that are received.
