when you... I am continually pleased and very proud that each of you is serving in your unique capacity for the LDDS Division of the Library of Michigan! This past year was extremely trying for all of us, and everyone took on a team effort and pitched in to accomplish prodigious amounts of work, with significant staff positions open and spending restrictions like we have not seen before. The individual and team excellence of each of you is apparent and very appreciated! Collectively, we have a high level of integrity, we respond to communications and requests in a timely fashion, produce excellent output, work together well (including listening and respecting each other), and maintain a positive attitude at the same time! It is a pleasure and an honor to serve as "leader of this pack!
